Does anyone know where I can take a class on animal or pet first aid.  Preferably dog first aid if possible.  It's just something I do not feel quite prepared for but I want to know.

probly have to take an online course, never heard of anything like that around here though. Wound care is the same for animals as it is for pple minus the shaving off the hair. If you take a regular first aid/ wound care class, you should do fine in case of any emergency until you can find a vet.  If you do find anything plz post link....sounds intriuging. Smiley

try the red cross. I took a first aid for pets a few years back, when I was living in the south. It was though a college. Just a two day course..ran about $120
