The other board members are:

* Shirley Hoy - CEO at Toronto Lands Corporation. Hoy is a member of both the University of Toronto Governing Council and the Steering Committee of DiverseCity.

* Anthony Melman - Chair and CEO of Nevele Inc. Previously, he was founding partner and vice-president of Onex Corporation and served as a managing director until his retirement in 2006. This diverse group represents some of Ontario's top business leaders and respected community members. Their guidance and oversight will help ensure that the OLG manages its operations as effectively and efficiently as possible. Working with the CEO, they will also help maintain a culture of accountability and transparency at the corporation.

The OLG operates and manages the province's network of lotteries, casinos and slots facilities at horse racing tracks.

"Each of the new members brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record as some of Ontario's top business leaders. OLG profits are invested in hospitals and schools - in all of the important programs and services Ontarians depend on - so we must maximize that asset."
