Hey Romeo has come a long way since the band formed in 2002. Their unique sound and remarkable passion allowed them to survive in the extremely competitive Alberta music scene, which enabled the group to stick out from the pack and hit the national scene with their first album Hey Romeo. And in 2008 their years of touring and earning the reputation as a unique, talented and engaging act paid off when they received the Best New Group award from the Canadian Country Music Association.
2010 started with a successful tour of Ontario and Western Canada with Deric Ruttan. This trip included interviews and performances with 34 radio stations whose support drove the first single, Searchin' for You, to #19 in the mediabase charts, creating an incredible buzz for the upcoming album.
With their singing, writing and their strong passion for the music they love, this trio proves the old adage that good things come in threes.
